These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilno ("jilno", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilno.cam. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the jilno platform.

Key terms used throughout this Agreement:
  • "Platform" refers to the jilno online gaming website, mobile interface, and all associated services operated at jilno.cam.
  • "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the jilno Platform.
  • "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with your jilno Account, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
  • "Real Money Play" refers to any wagering activity using funds deposited into your jilno Wallet.
  • "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by jilno that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by jilno before processing withdrawals.
  • "Applicable Regulations" means Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming, including those administered by PAGCOR and other relevant regulatory bodies.

2.1 To register and maintain a jilno Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. Access to jilno is strictly prohibited for individuals below the age of 21.
  • You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and you are legally permitted to participate in real-money online gaming.
  • You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any other person.
  • You have not previously had a jilno Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
  • You are not included on any self-exclusion list, gambling prohibition register, or regulatory exclusion list applicable under Philippine law.

2.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the jilno Platform. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using the same identity, payment methods, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times. jilno reserves the right to verify any information provided during or after registration.

Age Verification: jilno applies mandatory age verification during account registration and KYC review. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.

3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilno login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, disclose, or allow any other person to use your Account. jilno will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Notification of Breach. If you believe your jilno Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jilno's support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. jilno will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending resolution.

3.3 KYC Verification. jilno is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by jilno may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilno reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. Players will be notified via registered email before any fee is applied.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. jilno currently supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO (Banco de Oro), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), and Metrobank. jilno reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the jilno Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jilno does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies at this time.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jilno Wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to clear depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified Account. jilno reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will, where operationally possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as published in jilno's cashier section.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jilno maintains anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations under applicable Philippine regulations. jilno reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of AML checks. Any suspicious transaction activity may be reported to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authority.

4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in respect of a deposit made to your jilno Account without first contacting jilno's support team constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

5.1 jilno may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, referral incentives, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated to players at the time of the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stipulated time limit.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. jilno employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, use of low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, and collusion between players to exploit promotional structures. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and any associated bonus funds and derived winnings forfeited.

5.4 jilno reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice where it determines that the promotion has been misused, or where continuation of the promotion is not commercially practicable.

6.1 Each game available on the jilno Platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, fishing games, PP Live studios, and sports betting markets — is governed by its own published rules, which are accessible within the game or game lobby interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing wagers.

6.2 RNG Integrity. All games employing random number generator (RNG) technology use certified RNG systems. The outcomes of RNG games are statistically independent from all previous outcomes and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including jilno.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are operated in real time by human dealers. Results are final once the dealer declares the outcome of a round. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer round, the round result will stand if the outcome has been determined by the dealer prior to the disconnection.

6.4 Technical Faults. In the event of a malfunction, software error, or network failure that affects game integrity, jilno reserves the right to void any affected rounds or bets and return the corresponding stakes to affected players' Wallets. Winnings paid in error due to a software or operator error may be reclaimed by jilno.

6.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are subject to their own settlement rules, which govern void bets, abandoned events, early payout conditions, and live betting cut-off policies. jilno's sportsbook settlement rules are published in the sports betting section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilno Platform:

  • Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional contest.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any such exploitation must be reported to jilno immediately.
  • Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the jilno Platform or Wallet.
  • Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
  • Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing jilno staff or other players through any communication channel.

Breach of any of the above provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles jilno to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending Account, forfeit any balance in the associated Wallet, and take such further legal action as jilno deems appropriate.

8.1 All content on the jilno Platform — including but not limited to the jilno brand name, logo, graphic design, software, game content, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of jilno or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment as a registered player. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilno's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9.2 jilno shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9.3 jilno does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors or defects. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players where practicable.

9.4 Gambling involves financial risk. jilno accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through participation in games on the Platform. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with gambling and that you are participating voluntarily.

10.1 jilno is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. The following tools are available to all registered players via the Account settings dashboard:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
  • Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
  • Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
  • Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jilno Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected and will be processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted.

10.2 Access to the jilno Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. jilno implements age verification controls at registration and during the KYC process to enforce this requirement. Any player who believes they may have a gambling problem is encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account or to seek assistance from a qualified support organisation.

10.4 Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from the jilno Platform must not attempt to re-register a new Account during their self-exclusion period. Any Account created in breach of an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any associated balance forfeited.

11.1 jilno reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
  • Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
  • A requirement to do so under applicable law, regulation, or a court order.
  • Grounds of responsible gaming or player protection.

11.2 Upon Account closure, any Wallet balance remaining after deduction of any amounts properly owing to jilno will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 You may close your jilno Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary Account closure does not release you from any outstanding obligations owed to jilno at the time of closure.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jilno Platform that cannot be resolved through jilno's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.3 jilno's internal dispute resolution process requires that you first submit a written complaint to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. jilno will respond within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, jilno will cooperate with any applicable regulatory dispute resolution mechanism.

13.1 jilno reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the jilno Platform with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the jilno Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
